In Germany & Austria & Europe (EEC):  

Return is free during 14 days after delivery. 
You can easily create your return ticket from your account.

Then chose the order you want to return and click " print my return ticket", a pdf with your return coupon will be downloaded to your computer.

Print it, pack your product as you receive them (they should be ready to be sold to someone else eventually) and stick your coupon on the package.

We use UPS for return, you can drop your package at any UPS drop off point (find list HERE)

After you package is received at our warehouse and inspected you will be refunded within 7 days on your order payment method.

Switzerland : 

Return conditions are the same as Europe with UPS 

Other countries  : 

Return is not free.
Contact support at contact@cabaia.fr with your order number, we will indicate you how and where to ship your package. One your package is received you will be refunded within 7 days.
