You don't have a customer account?
No problem, to find your invoice and download the return label, create a customer account with the email address you used when ordering:
My Account > Orders and Returns > Return an item.
You will then have to stick the return label on your package.
The returns of the orders dispatched in Metropolitan France are free.
Returns outside metropolitan France are at the expense of the Customer. The product for which you wish to request an exchange must be intact, in its original packaging, able to be put back on sale as is.
