    I’m very disappointed with this purchase. My package was stopped at the border due to a high customs duty that I was not clearly informed about during checkout. Without paying this duty, the parcel cannot be released. Shipping was already very expensive, yet there was no clear warning about customs duty — only a general link when I contacted support. Customers should be directly informed before payment. Because of this, I now have to wait about a month for the parcel to be returned and to receive my refund. I order from Europe often and this is the first time this has happened. Very frustrating experience.
