We ship your package using Chronopost International (express delivery) or DHL.

Our warehouse is located in France, your package should reach your address under 3 days thanks to our free express shipping.

When your package leave our warehouse you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

You can follow your package from your account and from emails sent along your package transit.

You will be notified in your preferred language by email at each step of transit : 
- Package given to the transporter
- Package in transit
- Package arrive in your country 
- Package out for delivery
- Package delivered

We ship to you using Colissimo international (express delivery).

When your package leave our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

If you have bought a product in stock your order will leave our warehouse under 48 h maximum, then it will take 4 days maximum to reach you.

To follow your package status in your account you should first create one (it is not mandatory for buying on our site) go to your account and create one with your orders email. Your order will be automatically added to your account.
