      The lifetime warranty is a free additional guarantee offered by Cabaïa, in addition to the legal warranties in effect (see point 12.2 of the Terms & Conditions).

    What the guarantee does not cover

    Our commercial guarantee does not cover defects linked to use.

    • Attached handle clasps
    • Hole in the canvas


    We therefore invite you to carefully check your product upon receipt to ensure that it is 100% in line with your expectations, if this is not the case, let us know in our warranty request questionnaire with photos of the problem. and your proof of purchase.

    This warranty is valid for a period of 30 years from the date of purchase.
    PS: Legally, the lifetime guarantee (until your death) is a concept that is difficult to define, so we thought that 30 years would not be bad.
