The "Christmas List" competition is organized by Cabaïa (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), whose registered office is located at 7 cité Paradis, 75010 Paris.

The contest runs from November 29 to December 25, 2023 at midnight, Paris local time (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Period") on the www.cabaia.com website.

The competition is open to all individuals aged over 18 at the start of the competition period and residing in mainland France. There is no obligation to purchase a product on the website or in a store during the Contest Period.

To take part in the competition, participants must complete the following steps:
- Go to www.cabaia.com/collections/the-christmas-list
- Select five products from the selection to make up their personalized Christmas list.
- Fill in the entry form, indicating their first name and e-mail address.
- Accept these contest rules.
- Agree to subscribe to the Cabaïa newsletter.
- The participant will be contacted on the email address indicated during registration if he/she has won his/her personalized Christmas list.

Only one entry per person is permitted during the entire Contest Period. In the event of multiple entries from the same participant, only the first entry will be taken into account. The winner will have one week to send his/her postal address so that the Organizer can send him/her the prize of products won.

Winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be notified by e-mail on Monday December 25.

Winners must inform the Organizer of the delivery address to which they wish to receive their prize. The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of unsatisfactory delivery of the prize.

Personal data collected in connection with the competition will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion by writing to contact@cabaia.fr.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, computer bugs, delays or loss of entries.

In the event of litigation, only French law will be applicable. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 7 cité Paradis, 75010 Paris.
