Return is free during 14 days after delivery.
You can easily create your return ticket from your account.
Then chose the order you want to return and click " print my return ticket", a pdf with your return coupon will be downloaded to your computer.
Print it, pack your product as you receive them (they should be ready to be sold to someone else eventually) and stick your coupon on the package.
We use UPS for return, you can drop your package at any UPS drop off point (find list HERE)
After you package is received at our warehouse and inspected you will be refunded within 7 days on your order payment method.

We're not going to teach you how to put on a backpack, but we do have a few tips to help you get the most out of your backpack:
💻 Attach your PC inside with the Velcro, it will prevent it from wandering around if your backpack flips over.
💳 Use the lower back pocket to put your transport pass / ID card or fine objects, otherwise you may feel an unpleasant bump in your back
✅ Attach your cover correctly with the MOLLE system, this will ensure an optimal aesthetic result and a good holding of the cover -> See the tutorial HERE
❌ Do not overload the front pocket. As you can surely see, this pocket is quite thin and this is intended to prevent the front pocket from being overloaded and giving an "inflated" effect to the pocket. Even if you "stuff" it will still hold thanks to the MOLLE system but it is not very nice.
🔑 Use the karabiner to put your keys in, this will save you from rummaging through the backpack down the road in the rain.
💦 Our V2 bags are water-repellent, which means that the fabric does not let water through, however if you put your bag in the shower after a while the water will enter through the seams or closures. So if you get a little rain on your bike or waiting for the bus, your stuff will be dry but if you stay too long in the pouring rain there is a risk that water will get in. And exclusive info we are working on a completely waterproof version that you can take with you on a dive 🐟🐠
🤐 Shopping bag opening: In order not to damage the zips unnecessarily we advise you to always close the bag before zipping it, this avoids forcing on the zip.
Suitcase opening: On the back of the bag there is a strip of fabric, this is used to put your bag on the telescopic handle of your suitcase. In order, put the bag on the handle and then put in the straps as below. -
