Delivery

In Europe (EEC): 

Free delivery from 40€. 

We ship to you using Chronopost International (express delivery).

When your package leave our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

If you have bought a product in stock your order will leave our warehouse under 48 h maximum, then it will take 72h maximum to reach you.

To follow your package status in your account you should first create one (it is not mandatory for buying on our site) go to your account and create one with your orders email. Your order will be automatically added to your account. 

Switzerland : 

Delivery cost : 5€ ( due to custom fees)

We ship to you using Colissimo international (express delivery).

If you have bought a product in stock your order will leave our warehouse under 48 h maximum, then the shipping time depend on where you order from : 
- Asia : 10 days
- America : 10 days
- Australia : 20 days
- Africa : 10 days
- Middle east :  10 days

Returns 

In Europe (EEC) & Switzerland : 

Return is free during 14 days after delivery. If you created your account you can generate your return coupon easily by clicking on "My returns" 

Then chose the order you want to return and click " print my return ticket", a pdf with your return coupon will be downloaded to your computer.

Print it, pack your product as you receive them (they should be ready to be sold to someone else eventually) and stick your coupon on the package.

Drop your package at the collect point mentioned on the return coupon.

After you package is received at our warehouse, if inspection is ok, you will be refunded within 7 days on your order payment method.
