Free delivery for purchases from €40.
We ship your package using Chronopost International (express delivery) or DHL.

Our warehouse is located in France, your package should reach your address under 3 days thanks to our free express shipping.

When your package leave our warehouse you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

You can follow your package from your account and through emails sent during your package’s transit.

You will be notified in your preferred language by email at each step of transit : 
- Package given to the transporter
- Package in transit
- Package arrive in your country 
- Package out for delivery
- Package delivered

Switzerland : 

Delivery cost: €5 (custom fees)

We ship to you using Colissimo international (express delivery).

When your package leave our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

If the product you have bought is in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within a maximum of 48 hours and then take a maximum of 4 days to reach you.

To follow the status of your package you will first need to create an account if you do not have one (but it is not mandatory for buying on our site), and use the email address you used for your order. Your order will be automatically added to your account.

Other countries: 

Delivery cost: €30€(customs and shipping fees)We ship to you using Colissimo international (express delivery).

When your package leave our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by mail with a tracking link to follow your package.

If the product you have bought is in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within a maximum of 48 hours and then the shipping time depends on where you are ordering from:
- Asia : 10 days
- America : 10 days
- Australia : 20 days
- Africa : 10 days
- Middle east :  10 days

Return is not free.
Contact support at contact@cabaia.fr with your order number, we will let you know how and from where to ship your package. One your package is received, you will be refunded within 7 days.

In Germany & Austria & Europe (EEC):  

Return is free during 14 days after delivery. 
You can easily create your return ticket from your account.

Then chose the order you want to return and click " print my return ticket", a pdf with your return coupon will be downloaded to your computer.

Print it, pack your product as you receive them (they should be ready to be sold to someone else eventually) and stick your coupon on the package.

We use UPS for return, you can drop your package at any UPS drop off point (find list HERE)

After you package is received at our warehouse and inspected you will be refunded within 7 days on your order payment method.

Switzerland : 

Return conditions are the same as Europe with UPS 

Other countries  : 

Return is not free.
