Delivery

Home delivery starts at 5,90€ free from 50€. You can also choose delivery to a pickup point for 3,90€ also free from 50€. Suitcases ship for free.

We ship your package using Standard Delivery. When your package leaves our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by email with a tracking link. You can follow your package from your account and from emails sent along your package transit. You will be notified in your preferred language by email at each step of transit:

• Package given to the transporter
• Package in transit
• Package arrived in your country
• Package out for delivery
• Package delivered

Returns: free of charge.

In Germany & Austria:

Delivery

Free delivery from 60€. We ship your package using DHL. Our warehouse is located in France, your package should reach your address within 3-5 days. When your package leaves our warehouse you'll be notified by email with a tracking link. You can follow your package from your account and from emails sent along your package transit. You will be notified in your preferred language by email at each step of transit:

• Package given to the transporter
• Package in transit
• Package arrived in your country
• Package out for delivery
• Package delivered

Germany only: you can also choose delivery to a DHL pickup point (Abholstation) for 4,90€ free from 60€.

Suitcases: free delivery.

Returns: free of charge.

Switzerland:

Delivery

Free delivery from 50 CHF. We ship to you using Standard delivery. When your package leaves our warehouse (located in Paris - FRANCE) you'll be notified by email with a tracking link. If you have bought a product in stock, your package should reach your address within 3-5 days.

Suitcases: CHF 15.50.

Returns: return costs are at your expense.

To follow your package status, go to your account (create one with your order email if needed, your order will be automatically added).

Luxembourg:
